REACTIVE DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING THICKENER FOR COTTON FABRIC

    PRODUCT OVERVIEW

FSX-DP-R is a formulated reactive digital textile printing thickener developed for fabric pretreatment and paste preparation before inkjet printing with reactive dye inks.

The product is designed for reactive digital printing on cotton, viscose, rayon, linen and other suitable cellulosic fabrics. It helps control pretreatment rheology, paste stability and fabric surface behavior, supporting improved print definition, controlled ink penetration and reduced ink bleeding.

FSX-DP-R is intended for textile digital printing mills, fabric pretreatment factories, digital printing chemical formulators, textile auxiliary distributors and industrial buyers looking for a stable reactive digital printing paste solution.

    PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Name: Reactive Digital Textile Printing Thickener
Alternative Name: Reactive Digital Printing Pretreatment Paste
    Model: FSX-DP-R
    Grade: Reactive Digital Printing Grade
Application: Fabric Pretreatment Before Reactive Inkjet Printing
Suitable Fabrics: Cotton, Viscose, Rayon, Linen and Other Cellulosic Fabrics
Suitable Ink System: Reactive Dye Ink
Appearance: According to the Selected Product Form
    Brand: FSX CHEMICAL
Packaging: According to the Selected Product Form

    PRODUCT FUNCTION

Reactive digital textile printing requires the fabric surface to be properly prepared before inkjet printing.

An appropriate pretreatment thickener helps control the placement and penetration of reactive ink droplets on the fabric. It can support clear pattern outlines, fine printing details, controlled bleeding and more consistent color development.

FSX-DP-R is used in fabric pretreatment or paste systems. It is not an inkjet ink and should not be added directly to the digital printing ink or circulated through the printhead unless a specific written technical instruction confirms that use.

    KEY FEATURES

    1. Developed for Reactive Digital Printing

FSX-DP-R is positioned for pretreatment and paste systems used before digital inkjet printing with reactive dye inks.

    1. Suitable for Cellulosic Fabrics

The product can be evaluated for cotton, viscose, rayon, linen and other fabrics compatible with reactive dye printing.

    1. Pretreatment Rheology Control

The appropriate product dosage helps control pretreatment viscosity and application behavior during padding, coating or other approved fabric pretreatment methods.

    1. Reduced Ink Bleeding

Controlled pretreatment and fabric surface behavior can help reduce excessive spreading of ink droplets and support cleaner pattern edges.

    1. Sharp Print Definition

The product is designed to support fine lines, small details, clear outlines and consistent pattern reproduction.

    1. Color Yield Support

A properly prepared pretreatment system can help improve reactive ink utilization, color development and overall printed color strength.

    1. Deep Black Performance Support

Controlled ink placement and pretreatment uniformity can support better black density and dark color performance. Final results depend on ink, fabric, pretreatment recipe, printing settings, steaming and washing.

    1. Stable Pretreatment Paste

FSX-DP-R is designed to support consistent paste viscosity and uniform application during fabric pretreatment.

    1. Washing and Hand-Feel Considerations

The appropriate grade and dosage can support wash-off after fixation. Final fabric hand feel depends on the entire formulation, dosage, steaming, washing and finishing process.

    1. Batch-to-Batch Quality Control

Important parameters can be controlled according to the selected grade and agreed Technical Data Sheet.
