🧪 Basic Properties

🎯 Mechanism of Action

It is a fungicide with systemic (bidirectional) translaminar activity, which can be absorbed by the roots, stems, and leaves of plants and translocated within the plant. Its mode of action primarily involves inhibiting the germination of pathogenic fungal spores or preventing the growth of mycelium.

🌾 Target Pests and Applicable Crops

• Primary Target Diseases: Effective against diseases caused by Oomycetes, particularly downy mildew and late blight.

• Applicable Crops: Widely used on various cash crops, including fruit trees, vegetables, ornamental plants, tobacco, rubber trees, hops, and potatoes.

⚠️ Safety and Storage/Transportation

• Toxicity: Classified as a low-toxicity fungicide. The acute oral LD₅₀ in rats is approximately 5 g/kg. It is not considered carcinogenic or teratogenic.

• Hazards: Causes serious eye irritation and risk of eye damage.

• Storage: Should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, away from strong oxidizers.
