• Niraparib Tosylate Monohydrate (CAS 1613220-15-7) is the tosylate salt monohydrate form of niraparib, an orally bioavailable, potent, and selective inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) enzymes, specifically targeting PARP-1 and PARP-2 . It appears as a white to off-white crystalline solid with the molecular formula C₂₆H₃₀N₄O₅S and a molecular weight of 510.61 g/mol . The compound is marketed under the brand name Zejula  and was approved by the FDA in 2017 for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
