Pharmacological Profile

SLU‑PP‑915 is a potent pan‑ERR (Estrogen‑Related Receptor) agonist. It can activate all three ERR isoforms: ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ, with EC ₅₀ values around 400 nM for each subtype.
