Our Spray Foam Pre-blended Polyol (Component B) is pre-mixed system including polyether polyol, blowing agent, amine/tin catalyst, silicone foam stabilizer and flame retardant. Simply mix with Polymeric MDI (Component A) for on-site spray rigid PU foam for wall & roof thermal insulation.

We supply three full series of pre-blended PU polyol systems (Component B), fully formulated and ready for use by mixing with polymeric MDI (Component A). All systems contain matched polyether polyol, blowing agent, silicone stabilizer, amine & metal catalysts, and flame retardant to ensure stable foaming performance and excellent insulation effect.

1. Spray Foam Pre-blended Polyol

Specially designed for on-site thermal insulation spraying works. It features fast curing, high adhesion, good air-tightness and stable closed-cell structure, widely used for building wall, roof, warehouse and construction insulation.

2. Sandwich Panel Pouring Pre-blended Polyol

Formulated for continuous PU sandwich panel production lines. With excellent fluidity, uniform cell structure and stable physical performance, it is suitable for metal-faced insulation panels used in factory buildings, cold rooms and clean rooms.

3. Appliance Pouring Pre-blended Polyol

Professional formula for household appliance insulation casting, applicable to refrigerators, freezers and water heaters. It provides low thermal conductivity, high dimensional stability and energy-saving performance, fully meeting household appliance insulation standards.
