ZENIPLATIN Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Its preparation is completely similar to Enloplatin. 2, 2-Dibromomethyl-1-3-propanediol can be reduced by reaction with sodium azide to obtain 2, 2-diaminemethyl-1, 3-propanediol, followed by potassium chloroplatinate and Silver cyclobutane-1, 1-dicarboxylate reacts to produce the product. Similarly, potassium chloroplatinate and dimethyl sulfoxide can be reacted first and then condensed with silver cyclobutane-1, 1-dicarboxylic acid to obtain (1, 1-cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid-O, O '-) Platinum with dimethyl sulfoxide. Then, the platinum complex is reacted with 2, 2-aminomethyl propanediol to obtain a product.

Uses

Antineoplastic.
