C.I. Disperse Red 127 Use and Manufacturing
It uses 1-aminoanthraquinone and β-(4-hydroxy-3-methyl)-phenylpropionic acid methyl ester as raw materials. Firstly, 1-aminoanthraquinone is halogenated (chlorinated or brominated) and hydrolyzed to obtain 1-amino-4-hydroxy-2-haloanthraquinone, which is then combined with β-(4-hydroxy-3-methyl)-benzene The condensation product of methyl propionate. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained.
Disperse Red BN-SE is used for dyeing and printing of polyester and its blended fabrics, resulting in a blue-red color. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing and hot melt dyeing. It has good compatibility with other disperse dyes, so it is mostly used for color matching.
