Disperse Blue 73 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 1, 5-dihydroxyanthraquinone, phenol and this methyl ether as raw materials, firstly 1, 5-dihydroxyanthraquinone is sulfonated, nitrated and reduced to obtain 1, 5-dihydroxy-4, 8-diaminoanthraquinone -2, 6-sodium disulfonate, and then add it to phenol and anisole respectively for addition metathesis reaction, and finally hydrolyze the sulfonic acid group to obtain the product. After filtering, washing with water to neutrality, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. . Sulfonate 1 part of 1, 5-dihydroxyanthraquinone, 13.98 parts of fuming sulfuric acid, and 0.53 parts of anhydrous sodium sulfate at 110-115°C for 4 hours, and dilute with 6.92 parts of sulfuric acid. The sulfonated diluent is mixed with the prepared mixed acid [prepared from 4.73kg nitric acid (95%), 9.7kg sulfuric acid (96%) and 1.9kg water], heat up to 55-60℃ for nitration reaction, then cool down and filter . Take 47.2kg nitrification filter cake, 8.25kg sodium sulfide (100%), carry out reduction reaction at 75-78℃ for 1.5-2h, press filter, wash with salt and alkali solution until there is no sodium sulfide to obtain 1, 5-di Sodium hydroxy-4, 8-diaminoanthraquinone-2, 6-disulfonate (I). Take 1 part of (I), 1.2 parts of anisole, 31 parts of sulfuric acid, 2.34 parts of boric acid and 82kg of ice water, carry out the addition reaction at 12℃±2℃ for 1h, dilute with water, and carry out translocation at (95±3)℃ , Keep warm for 3h. Then add 8.2kg table salt, filter, and wash with 2% salt water until neutral. Take 1 part of translocation product filter cake, 34kg ammonia water (35%), 0.99 parts of sodium sulfonate, and carry out sulfonic acid group hydrolysis reaction at 60-70℃. After the reaction is completed, filter, wash with hot water to neutrality, filter cake and 2 parts diffuse The agent is mixed and ground to obtain component A dye. To synthesize component B dye, use 2.55 parts of phenol instead of anisole. The translocation reaction was kept at 90°C±2°C for 3h. The rest is the same as the synthetic A component. The A component dye and the B component dye are mixed in a certain proportion to obtain the finished product.

Uses

Disperse Blue BGL is mainly used for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics, as well as for dyeing acetate, triacetate and nylon. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure method, hot melt method and carrier method dyeing. The color is bright blue, with excellent fastness and excellent color-matching performance. It is often used to disperse various light, medium and dark colors with dispersed yellow brown 2RFL and dispersed ruby 2GFL. The polyester-cotton blended fabric can be dyed in the same bath with reactive dyes.
