C.I. Reactive Yellow 81 Use and Manufacturing
Using DSD acid (diaminostilbene disulfonic acid), cyanuric chloride, 2, 4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid and 1-(4'-sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone as raw materials, First, the DSD acid is condensed with cyanuric chloride, and then with 2, 4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid for the second time. Then, the condensation product is double-nitridated to form a condensation product with 1-(4'-sulfophenyl)- 3-Methyl-5-pyrazolone coupling product. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.
Reactive bright yellow KE-3G is mainly used for dyeing cotton and viscose fibers, mostly for viscose fibers. It is also used for the direct printing of cotton and viscose fabrics, as well as the dyeing of silk, diacetate and vinylon. Levelling and dyeing performance are better. It can also be used to dye polyester/cotton blended fabric in the same bath with disperse dyes. The dyed product can be treated with fixing agent Y to improve the washing fastness.
