C.I. Reactive Red 15 Use and Manufacturing
Taking o-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, K acid (1-amino-8-naphthol-4, 6-disulfonic acid), cyanuric chloride, and p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid as raw materials, first combine K acid with cyanuric chloride After condensation, the o-aminobenzenesulfonic acid is diazotized and coupled with the aforementioned condensation product. Finally, the p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and the coupling product are subjected to a second condensation, and the finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering and drying. . Condensate 0.01513 kmol cyanuric chloride and 0.01575 kmol K acid for 3 hours to obtain (I). Take 0.015kmol o-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 0.042kmol hydrochloric acid, and 0.015kmol sodium nitrite to obtain (II). Coupling (I) with (II) and then condensing with 0.0165 kmol p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid at a temperature of 40°C for 6 hours, salting out, filtering, and drying to obtain the product.
Can be used for dip dyeing, curl dyeing and pad dyeing of cotton or viscose fiber, and can also be used for wool fabric printing
