Methods of Manufacturing

It is obtained by condensation and ring closure of p-chlorophenylhydrazine and acetoacetamide. Add p-chlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride to the condensation pot, add acetoacetamide at 90-95°C, add acetoacetamide for about 30-40 minutes, and the pH after condensation is 2.5-3. After the reaction is completed, the temperature is cooled to 45°C and the material is discharged. Neutral or acidic, dry to get the finished product.

Uses

Neutral dye intermediates. Used to manufacture neutral brilliant yellow 3GL, neutral orange RL, neutral dark brown BRL, etc. Used as intermediates of dyes, pigments, medicines and pesticides; mainly used in organic synthesis of C.I. Acid Orange 87; 88 and other coupling components
