The preparation method is to add solvent toluene and 2-chloropropionic acid into the reaction kettle, heat to azeotropically dehydrate, and after the water is depleted, drop a certain amount of phosphorus oxychloride and diethylamine for acylation reaction, the reaction temperature is 115 ~120°C, after the reaction is completed, the phosphorous acid is washed with water, and the organic layer is desolvated to obtain the product.
