N-Acetylmorpholine Use and Manufacturing
The preparation method is prepared by reacting morpholine with acetyl chloride or acetic anhydride.
N-acetylmorpholine is a very important pesticide intermediate and one of the main raw materials for the synthesis of agricultural fungicides enoylmorpholine and flumorpholine. The mixture of N-acetylmorpholine and N-formylmorpholine is an excellent acid gas removal agent for natural gas and syngas. The extraction of low-quality natural gas or syngas requires the removal of trace components such as CO2 and H2S, and it is particularly advantageous to use physical solvents for gases with a high content of CO2 and H2S.
