Direct Green 26 Use and Manufacturing
Using H acid, clixidine, p-nitroaniline, salicylic acid, aniline, and cyanuric chloride as raw materials, first diazotize p-nitroaniline, couple with salicylic acid, and reduce its nitro group , Condensed with cyanuric chloride, aniline and H acid. Then another molecule of H acid is diazotized and coupled with cleixidine, and the amino group in the coupling product is continuously diazotized with the aforementioned condensation product to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.
Direct light fast green BLE is mainly used for the dyeing of cotton and viscose fibers and the direct printing of fabrics. It has a blue-green color. Poor migration. It can also be used for dyeing and printing silk and its fabrics. High temperature dyeing of polyester and viscose blended fabric in the same bath with disperse dyes, the shade of light is basically unchanged. When used in the same bath dyeing of viscose fiber and other fibers, the wool is dark and light, the silk is lighter, the nylon is stained, and the diacetate, triacetate, polyester, and acrylic are not stained. Cotton and viscose fibers can be treated with fixing agent M and fixing agent Y after dyeing to improve the fastness of wet treatment. The color light of the fixing agent M is yellower, and the color light of the fixing agent Y is greener. It can also be used for dyeing paper, leather and regenerated cellulose film.
