Disperse Violet 26 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

1, 4-Diaminoanthraquinone is used as raw material, and the product is obtained by condensation with phenol after chlorination. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. Add 3.07 parts of 1, 4-diamino-2, 3-dichloroanthraquinone, 5.65 parts of phenol, 5.2 parts of potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, 23.1 parts of benzyltriethylammonium chloride and 7.7 parts of water into the reactor to mix, Heat at 100°C for 20h to obtain the product.
