Using 2, 3-acid and p-aniline as raw materials, firstly 2, 3-acid is made into sodium salt in chlorobenzene solvent, and then it is condensed with p-aniline in the presence of PCl3, and then neutralized and distilled , Filtered and dried to obtain the finished product.
Naphthol AS-RL is mainly used for dyeing red primer on cotton. It is also used for dyeing vinylon, viscose fiber, silk, diacetate fiber and for cotton printing. It has medium affinity for cotton and medium coupling ability, and its performance is similar to that of Naphthol AS-OL (CI37530).
