Crude product [water, tannic acid, activated carbon, ethanol] → precipitation wet product adsorption, elution, precipitation, drying. Dissolve the wet product in 2L 20% hot ethanol, and pass 2kg neutral oxidation in a Buchner funnel The aluminum layer, depressurize slightly, slowly flow out, continue to add hot distilled water at 60°C for elution, collect the effluent under reduced pressure and concentrate it to 2.5L, add ethanol with a volume fraction of 70%, and leave it to precipitate a white flocculent precipitate. Filter , Collect the precipitate, low-temperature or freeze-dry to obtain the pure Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide. Precipitate [hot ethanol, neutral Al2O3, hot water] → pure Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide.
