CTP is a pyrimidine ribonucleoside 5'-triphosphate and a cytidine 5'-phosphate. It has a role as an Escherichia coli metabolite and a mouse metabolite. It is a conjugate acid of a CTP(4-) and a CTP(3-).|Cytidine Triphosphate is a cytosine derived nucleotide comprised of three phosphate groups esterified to the deoxyribose sugar moiety. Nucleotide metabolism is upregulated in cancer cells; therefore, this nucleotide could be used as a biomarker to detect the presence of cancer cells.|Cytidine 5'-(tetrahydrogen triphosphate). 5′-CTP Use and Manufacturing

Add trichloroacetic acid, adjust pH=2.5, centrifuge to obtain clear liquid. CMP[Yeast]→[30-32℃, 3h] fermentation broth [trichloroacetic acid]→[pH2.5] supernatant desalting, precipitation, purification, adding the supernatant to strong acid styrene cation exchange resin (001× 7) Stir and absorb for 15min, make the pH 1.5-1.7, let stand for 30min, filter, add ethanol to the filtrate until the alcohol concentration is 75%, let stand overnight, filter, add water to dissolve the filter cake to make the concentration 25%, then add five One part of the filter cake volume of diatomaceous earth, stir and filter, and collect the filtrate. It is suitable for the adjuvant treatment of fatty liver, cerebral nerve diseases and atherosclerosis.
