Direct Red 31 Use and Manufacturing
Using J acid (2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid) and aniline as raw materials, first condense two molecules of J acid to obtain bis J acid, then diazotize the aniline, and then couple with bis J acid to obtain the product . After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.
Direct pink is the main red dye variety, widely used in dyeing and printing cotton and viscose fabrics, and also used in silk and viscose interwoven fabrics. It has good dye transfer and level dyeing, and high dyeing rate. It can also be used for direct printing of dyed silk, vinylon fabric and silk fabric. When used in cotton, viscose and other fiber blended fabrics, the silk is slightly lighter in color, the wool and nylon can be dyed, the diacetate fiber is stained, and the polyester and acrylic are slightly stained.
