Antioxidant 1076 Use and Manufacturing

Uses

This product is a highly efficient, non-polluting, non-toxic, hindered phenolic antioxidant with good compatibility with most polymers. It has good resistance to discoloration caused by light and heat, and has good heat resistance and water resistance extraction performance. It is widely used as antioxidant for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, polyester, polyurethane, cellulose plastic and various rubbers. Combined with antioxidants AT-168, DLTDP, etc. can exert a synergistic effect to improve the antioxidant effect. This product also has a certain light stabilizing effect. Also used to prevent thermal aging of grease and paint. The dosage is generally 0.05% to 0.5%. It is a kind of hindered phenolic antioxidant. It is an excellent non-polluting non-toxic antioxidant with good heat resistance and water resistance extraction performance. Antioxidants widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, polyester, polyurethane, cellulose plastics and various rubbers have good compatibility, high antioxidant performance, no Coloring, no pollution, washing resistance, low volatility and other advantages. The reference dosage is 0.1~0.5 serving.
