Acid Blue 113 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 1-naphthylamine and N-phenyl peri acid (8-anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid) as raw materials, first diazotize m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, and Naphthylamine coupling; then the coupling product is diazotized and coupled with phenyl peri-acid to obtain the product. After neutralization, salting out, filtration and drying, the finished product is obtained. . Add 600L of water and sodium m-aminobenzene sulfonate solution (including 78 kg of m-aminobenzene sulfonic acid) to the diazonium pot, and cool to 3-5°C. Then add 30% hydrochloric acid 173kg, m-aminobenzene sulfonic acid is free to precipitate, dilute with water to 1500L, add 30% sodium nitrite solution (containing NaNO2 31.05kg), continue to stir for 1h until clear. Transfer it to the coupling pot, add 1-naphthylamine hydrochloride solution (containing 66.3kg of 1-naphthylamine) under stirring, add it within 10 minutes, keep it below 10°C, continue stirring for 1 hour, and gradually use 15% liquid caustic soda Adjust the pH to 9 to obtain a monoazo compound. Add ice to cool the above monoazo compound to 4°C, add 30% sodium nitrite solution (containing 41.5kg of NaNO2), add 22.5% sulfuric acid 544kg under stirring, maintain 7-8°C, stir for 3h, and filter. The filter cake is beaten with ice water into a 1500L suspension. Add 1500L phenyl pericyclic acid aqueous solution (containing 139.5 kg of phenyl pericyclic acid) into the coupling pot, cool to 12°C, add the above suspension, and simultaneously add sodium acetate solution (about 70% concentration aqueous solution), within 2h After adding, control the pH value between 4-4.2. Continue stirring at 11-12°C for 4 hours, and adjust the pH to 8-8.5 with 15% liquid caustic soda. Raise the temperature to 90°C, add salt to salt out, press filter, dry, and crush to obtain about 390kg of product.
