Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2, 3-acid and 2, 5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline as raw materials, and chlorobenzene as the medium. First, the 2, 3-acid is formed into a salt, and then the product is condensed with 2, 5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline in the presence of phosphorus trichloride.

Uses

Mainly used for dyeing cotton fabric, viscose fiber, silk, nylon and polyester, and can be used for color development with yellow-based GC and orange-based GC
