N-(Hydroxymethyl)-3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalimide Use and Manufacturing
Amino alcohol is firstly prepared from butadiene and maleic anhydride through Diels-Aldor reaction to prepare 1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (tetrahydrophthalic anhydride or △4 for short), and then by △4 Isomerization produces 3, 4, 5, 6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (referred to as △1), which is finally produced from △1 through amination and hydroxymethylation. Add 3, 4, 5, 6-tetrahydrophthalimide, 37% formaldehyde solution, dilute sodium hydroxide solution to the reactor, use dichloroethane as the solvent, stir and heat to reflux, cooling and layering Post-treatment, vacuum distillation to obtain viscous crude amino alcohol, recrystallization from toluene, spermine alcohol with a purity of 97% can be obtained.
