Taking reduced blue RSN as raw material, dissolving it in sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide, chlorinating with chlorine, crystallization, pickling, reduction, isolation, filtration, drying, and crushing to obtain finished products.
Reduced blue GCDN is mainly used for dyeing cotton fibers and printing cotton cloth. It has good level dyeing and good affinity. It is also used for dyeing silk, vinylon, viscose cotton, vinylon and other fabrics. It can also be used to prepare ink pigments.
