Methods of Manufacturing

Using aniline, methyl acrylate, and 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline as raw materials, first add aniline and methyl acrylate to obtain a coupling combination, and then reweight 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline Nitriding, coupling with the coupling components to obtain the product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Disperse brown P-3G is used for dyeing and printing of polyester and its blended fabrics, as well as printing and dyeing of nylon. It is mostly used for disperse/reactive dye homogenous printing of polyester-cotton blended fabrics, but also for anti-discharge printing.
