Founded in 2012,Jiangsu Yongsheng Biotechnology Co.,Ltd,Is located in the Park for Processing Agricultural Products(Taixing city,Jiansu Province,China),which has the floor space of 46000m2 and total investment of 100 million RMB.Jiangsu Yongsheng introduced the internationally advanced spray-drying technology for animal proteins to produce as well as researched and developed plasma protein powder and hematocyte protein powder .Currently,we can produce 3000 tons of plasma protein powder and 10000 tons of hematocyte protein powder annually. The spray-drying technology for manufacturing plasma protein powder and hematocyte protein powder is an internationally advanced agricultural technology project,which was introduced under the stewardship of the National Feed Engineering Technoloty Research Center.The plasma protein powder and hematocyte protein powder are functional protein stocks widely used in feedstuffs for weanling piglets ,Iactating sows,poultry,livestock,aquatic products and pets.These products are manufactured by using clean,fresh swine blood and a series of processes including separation ,concentration and spray-drying of blood components.The core techniques are preservation of blood immunoglobulin activity,removal of ashy inpurities ,and effective inactivation of pathogenic bacteria.
