L-selenium - methyl selenocysteine and other 13 new varieties of food additives for public comment
The Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment has announced that 11 new varieties of food fortificants, including L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine, fumaric acid and sodium acetate, have passed the technical review of the Expert Review Committee for safety and process necessity, and are now open for comments.
The list of food additives to be consulted includes: L - selenium - methyl selenocysteine, L - cysteine, L - cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate, L - cysteine hydrochloride, L - cystine, L - histidine, L - histidine hydrochloride monohydrate, L - lysine hydrochloride, L - lysine acetate, L - phenylalanine, L - threonine and other 11 new varieties of food fortificants; fumaric acid The use of fumaric acid, sodium acetate (also known as sodium acetate) 2 kinds of food additives to expand the scope.
