Hengshui Market Supervision Bureau ends a black spot of cosmetics
On the evening of the 16th, according to the clue, the cosmetics Supervision Department of the municipal market supervision bureau and the medicine and equipment branch of the comprehensive law enforcement bureau worked together with the food and Drug Branch of the Municipal Public Security Bureau for 10 hours all night to remove a black spot where cosmetics were produced and sold without a license.The product was carefully judged and the information displayed on WeChat official account was analyzed. It was found that there was suspicion of unauthorized sale and sale of cosmetics against the law.
The law enforcement personnel immediately took action and went to a village in Raoyang County, the registered address shown in the business license information of the online store operator, to carry out an investigation and found that the registered address had no actual business behavior. According to the introduction of the surrounding villagers, the legal person of the store is the villagers of the village. At present, the store may be engaged in the cosmetics business in Hengshui City.
The municipal Market Supervision Bureau actively communicates with the Municipal Public Security Bureau. Through joint efforts, the store's manufacturing and sales dens in Hengshui City are basically locked. The law enforcement personnel on the spot check the raw materials, finished products, packaging materials, processing equipment and computers used to sell products online 。 The dens were suspected of unlicensed production, skin care water, cream and other cosmetics. A total of 29 cosmetic products were seized, including 5264 boxes, 9 cosmetics and 131 barrels of cosmetics, and 66 boxes of packaging materials. &At present, the case is under further trial.
