Adverse reactions occur! Spain bans the sale of 1 food supplement
Spanish Food Safety and Nutrition Agency (AESAN) May 6th news: The Agency has learned from the Madrid Autonomous Region Health Authority through the Rapid Information Exchange and Coordination System (SCIRI) that a patient suspected of dying from liver failure had taken the brand for MUSCLETECH's HYDROXICUT HARDCORE NEXT GEN food supplement, the product manufacturer is "International Ingredients" in the United States.
It is reported that the product was purchased from a Canadian shopping website, and it has been confirmed that it is sold on many websites and physical stores that sell food supplements and sports products, but taking this product may cause serious adverse reactions.
After verification, the product is not licensed for sale, so it is not allowed to engage in sales of the product. At present, AESAN has issued a prohibition notice to various autonomous regions, the Spanish Medicine and Health Food Agency (AEMPS), the Emergency Health Events and Early Warning Coordination Center (CCAES) through the rapid information exchange coordination system (SCIRI), and has reported to the EU Food Early Warning System (RASFF ) In order to block all sales channels that ban the product.
