Natural cosmetics market will reach 48 billion US dollars in 2025
According to the latest report from market research company Million Insights, the global natural cosmetics market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 5.03%, reaching $ 48.04 billion by 2025.
The report points out that the drivers of growth include millennial consumers, people's concerns about synthetic raw materials, and research and development of natural technologies.
Natural skin care is the largest segment, with a market value of US $ 10.31 billion in 2018, followed by hair care. By 2025, natural perfumes are expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 5.03%, which is slightly higher than the overall natural market.
The market value of supermarket or mega supermarket channels in 2018 is US $ 13.67 billion, which is the largest channel for natural cosmetics. In second place are convenience stores in emerging markets.
Online sales are expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 4.47% by 2025. This sector flourished during the new crown, and as consumer habits and considerations change, growth prospects may be far better than expected.
