Autumn and winter pollution prevention, energy supply shortage and safety inspection, coupled with the market economic downturn, a large number of factories announced to stop maintenance, market shortage news again, the trend of some raw materials also began to change.
According to monitoring shows that a number of enterprises have announced parking maintenance, involving PTA, polypropylene, ethylene glycol, polyester, BDO and other industrial chains. Among them, the operating rate of BDO is less than 60%, which is the lowest level in the year.
▶ Phenol ketone: Changchun Chemical Industry (Jiangsu) 480,000 tons/year phenol ketone equipment stop for maintenance, it is expected to resume and restart in mid-November, the details are continuing to follow up.
▶ Aniline: Shandong Haihua 50,000t/year aniline device stop for maintenance, restart time is not determined.
▶ Bisphenol A: Nantong Xingchen 150000 tons/year bisphenol A equipment equipment stop maintenance, maintenance is expected to be one week.
▶ Butadiene rubber: The 80,000 tons/year nickel butadiene rubber device of Shengyu Chemical Industry has two lines, the first line will be stopped for maintenance from 8th.
Due to the installation problem, the take-off and landing of a set of 3.75 million tons PTA plant in Yishanhua fell to 50% in the afternoon of 31st. The maintenance of a set of 350 thousand tons PTA plant in East China was postponed to near this weekend, and it is expected to stop for 7 days.
▶ Polypropylene: 100,000 tons of equipment of Zhongyuan Petrochemical, 450,000 tons of equipment of Hehua Xinjiang, 80,000 tons of equipment of Lianhong Xinke, 160,000 tons of equipment of Qinghai Salt Lake, 300,000 tons of equipment of Tianjin and Bo Chemical, 90,000 tons of equipment of Luoyang Petrochemical, 60,000 tons of equipment of Tianjin Petrochemical and 350 + 350 tons of equipment of Haigolong Oil are currently in the state of parking.
▶ Ethylene glycol:
The 400,000-ton device of Xinjiang Guanghui will be stopped on November 3 and restarted to be determined;
Shaanxi extended 100,000 tons of equipment and Xinjiang Tianying 150,000 tons of equipment failed to restart, the subsequent driving time to be determined;
China Salt Hong Sifang 300,000 tons of equipment will stop for maintenance on November 2;
Anhui Haoyuan 300,000-ton plant dropped to 4-5 percent on November 2;
The 300,000-ton device of Shanxi Huaneng was stopped for maintenance due to equipment problems in late October, and the restart time is to be determined.
The 200,000-ton device in Shouyang, Shanxi Province failed to stop on the night of October 27, and the restart time is to be determined.
