Hengguang Group plans to build a 50,000-ton special amine new material additives project
On November 29, Hengguang Group announced that its Anhui Hengguang Polyurethane Materials Co., Ltd. plans to build a special amine project with an annual output of 50,000 tons in Chizhou, and has basically completed the preliminary preparations.
Anhui Hengguang 50,000 tons of special amine project is located in the west area of Anhui Hengguang New Material Industrial Base, the main products include bis(dimethylaminoethyl) ether (BDMAEE), bismorpholinoethyl ether (DMDEE), dimethylaminopropylamine diisopropanol (DPA), N-methylmorpholine (NMM), N-methylmorpholine oxide (NMMO), N-phenylmaleimide (N-PMI) and its polymer (SNA) triethylenediamine (TEDA), 2-[[2-[2-(dimethylamino) Ethoxyethyl]methylamino]-ethanol (ZF10), dimethylaminoethoxyethanol (DMAEE), tris(3-dimethylaminopropyl)amine (PC9), tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA), N,N,N'trimethyl-N'-hydroxyethylethylenediamine (Z110), 3-Methoxy-1-propylamine (MOPA), 3-ethoxy-1-propylamine (EOPA), N-(3-Aminopropyl)cyclohexylamine (CHAPA), N,N-DIETHYL-1,3-PROPANEDIAMINE ( DEPA), tetramethylhexanediamine (TMHDA), 3-dimethylaminopropylamine (DMAPA), tetramethylpropanediamine (TMPDA), tetramethyldipropentriamine (PC15), pentamethyldipropentriamine (PC77), bis(3-dimethylaminopropyl)aminoisopropanol (ZR50), N,N,N'-trimethyl-N'-(3-aminopropyl) bis(aminoethyl) ether (NE300), etc. The project is scheduled to be put into operation in 2024 and will further meet the market needs of aerospace, high-speed rail, ships, construction, furniture, military, chemical, pharmaceutical, chip manufacturing and other markets.
This project is the second special amine project started this year after the Sichuan Guangantamide project. In 2022, Hengguang achieved outstanding results in high-quality development, achieved new achievements in business efficiency, and achieved breakthroughs in project construction. At present, Anhui Hengguang's annual output of 30,000 tons of polyurethane additives project has been fully put into operation, Hebei Cangzhou's 45,000 tons of polyurethane additives and fine chemicals, and Sichuan Guang'an's 58,000-ton special amine project has started construction. Focusing on the industrial chain of polyurethane additives and special amines, Hengguang is accelerating the industrial layout with its technological advantages and promoting the continuous climbing of the value chain.
Li Guang, chairman of Hengguangda, said that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Hengguangda will comprehensively promote the four-way layout strategy of "east, west, south and north" in Jiangsu, Hebei, Anhui and Sichuan, give full play to the synergistic effect of polyurethane additives and special amine series products, broaden the company's product line and development space, further improve the company's strategic layout, embark on a unique innovation road, and build a world-class chemical new material enterprise.
