A total investment of ¥510 million! Daqing’s project is expected to be put into trial operation by the end of August 2023
Recently, Xin shida's pesticide and formulation intermediates project has completed the construction of 28 units and the main works of 4 production workshops. The project is one of the "Top 100" projects in Heilongjiang Province and Daqing City, with a total investment of 510 million yuan.
The project is located in Hongwei Chemical Park, High-tech Zone, Daqing City, covering an area of 13.7 hectares. The construction project will be settled in Daqing in 2021, and construction will begin in 2022. It is expected to realize trial operation at the end of August 2023.

The project has a total investment of ¥510 million and is divided into two phases: The first phase is planned to invest ¥300 million, mainly building, inspection center, automatic control center, the first phase product production workshop, power workshop, tank farm sewage treatment and other facilities; The second phase is planned to invest ¥210 million, mainly to construct the office building, the second phase product production workshop and the corresponding auxiliary facilities.
After the completion of the pesticide and formulation intermediates project, we will rely on the local rich industrial and chemical raw material advantages of Daqing, with toluene, pure benzene, chlorine gas and other raw materials, mainly engaged in pesticide intermediates, formulation intermediates, form reagents。After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 35,500 tons of Acyl chloride series, 7,000 tons of Pinacolone series, 7,000 tons of fungicide series, 3,000 tons of format reagent series, 10,000 tons of Benzophenone, 20,000 tons of Calcium chloride, etc., a total of five categories. With 13 products, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of ¥1 billion, profit and tax of ¥0.6 billion, and employment placement of 350-400 people
For this project, this company has built an engineering technology laboratory, testing center and supporting equipment for mass production independently developed by Sunstar, which is capable of transforming products from small and pilot trials to large-scale production, equipped with domestic first-class chemical production equipment, safety and environmental protection facilities, and advanced energy recycling and utilization system. It can effectively reduce the emission of pollutants, energy consumption and environmental pollution.
