BSM acquired 20% equity of Generic with ￥85 million

On December 8th, BSM announced that in order to further enhance the global layout ability and comprehensive competitive strength of BES, fully integrate the advantages of pesticide manufacturing of the company with the advantages of overseas marketing channels of Generic, and achieve the strategic development objectives, BSM plans to pay ￥85 million in cash for a 20% stake of Generic.

On December 9, PILAR was authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office for a new invention patent titled "a pesticide composition for reducing irritants and its application.” ,with patent number ZL 2022 1 0602610.3.

Yangnong: environmental assessment of Huludao project was published, high capital expenditure brings new growth

Previously, a subsidiary of Yangnong’s public participation in environmental impact assessment was published for the first time. This project is related to an annual output of 15,650 tons of pesticide technicals and 7,000 tons of pesticide intermediates. The company plans to invest ¥4.2 billion in the construction. 

The annual output of 2,000t environment-friendly pesticide and 18,000t agrochemical fertilizer project was approved by EIA

Recently, the EIA approval announcement of Guangxi Zizhu Chemical's annual output of 20,000 tons of agrochemical fertilizer and high-efficiency, low-toxicity and  environmental protection pesticide project was published on the website of Laibin Bureau of Ecological Environment in Guangxi. 

Nutrichem plans to invest ￥650 million to construct the relocation and upgrading project of 15,200 tons of pesticide technicals and intermediates

Recently, Heyi’s annual output of 15,200 tons of pesticide technicals and intermediates relocation and upgrading project environmental impact assessment was published on the government website before approval. Heyi plans to invest ¥650 million in Jishan Industrial Park, Pengze County, Jiujiang City, for annual output of 15,200 tons of pesticide technicals and intermediates relocation and upgrading project.

A total investment of ￥510 million! Daqing’s project is expected to be put into trial operation by the end of August 2023

Recently, Xin shida's pesticide and formulation intermediates project has completed the construction of 28 units and the main works of 4 production workshops. The project is one of the "Top 100" projects in Heilongjiang Province and Daqing City, with a total investment of 510 million yuan.
