Jiangshan shares plan to acquire no less than 67% of the shares of Nantonglian Phosphine
Jiangshan Stock announced on the evening of December 19 that the company signed the "Agreement of Intent to Purchase the equity of Nantonglian Phosphine Chemical Co., LTD." with Changzhou Wujin Fine, Changzhou Wujin Shuiwen and Jiangyin Shuangma Chemical Co., LTD., and the company intends to purchase no less than 67% of the equity of Nantonglian Phosphine Chemical Co., LTD. (referred to as "Nantonglian Phosphine") held by the above three legal shareholders in cash.
According to the announcement, Nantonglian phosphine as a water treatment agent monomer production enterprise, Jiangshan shares after the acquisition will add new business segments, improve the company's comprehensive competitiveness; Nantonglian phosphine park for the provincial chemical industry park, the company will be acquired after a new production base in the province; Nantonglian Phosphine has strong channel advantages in the international trade of phosphorous products. After the acquisition, the company can make full use of its channel terminal advantages to cooperate in the distribution of the company's flame retardants, high-end phosphorous chemicals and other products, which is conducive to increasing the sales scale.
