According to FSANZ, on December 19, 2022, FSANZ issued Notice No. 223-22, in which application No. A1224 was approved to allow glucose oxidase (glucose oxidase) from Penicillium oxidase to be used as a processing aid.
According to the notice, the glucose oxidase is used in the production of various foods and beverages.
