Vitamin prices bottomed out and the traditional peak sales season is coming
According to China Feed Industry Information Network, the vitamin market ushered in a bottoming and rebound after three consecutive months of decline, stopping the decline and picking up. Favorable factors such as price increases and maintenance of domestic vitamin manufacturers have come in a few days ago. Downstream companies have been active in replenishment, and transactions in the VA, VE, and D3 markets have increased.
The agency believes that the demand for vitamins is improving, and the traditional peak season has gradually entered in August; on the supply side, domestic vitamin companies have concentrated their production capacity from August to September, and the supply has been significantly reduced. From the perspectives of demand, supply, and channels, all support the rise of vitamin prices.
According to data from Baichuan Information, on Wednesday, vitamin D3 rose 6.06% to 175 yuan/kg; vitamin E rose 3.23% to 64 yuan/kg; vitamin A rose 0.76% to 398 yuan/kg.
Guosheng Securities pointed out that as the downstream customer inventory is coming to an end, a new round of restocking cycle is about to begin. In view of the current uncertainties in the development of the global epidemic, downstream customers will prepare the database until the second quarter of next year to prevent a passive situation in which the industry is in short supply after the Spring Festival this year.
From the viewpoint of China Everbright Securities, from the demand side, vitamins have gradually entered the traditional peak season from August, and the holidays will be concentrated in the second half of the year. The demand for animal protein is improving, which is good for vitamin demand.
Bai Ruiying believes that vitamins are a cyclical product, and the capital market is often hyped. With the gradual control of the epidemic, the catering industry is picking up. The downstream of vitamin products is directly related to various breeding, animal husbandry and aquaculture industries. There is still a certain gap in pork, and the demand is relatively strong, which can directly stimulate the demand for vitamins. The performance of related companies is expected to rise.
