A number of technologies in the coating industry won the 2022 Petrochemical Federation Science Technology and Patent Award

A few days ago, according to the provisions of the "China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Science and Technology Award Measures", after the final decision of the Science and Technology Award Review Committee of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, 39 achievement technology invention awards such as "a new generation of all-vanadium redox flow battery energy storage technology and industrial application" were awarded (including 10 first prizes, 9 second prizes and 20 third prizes); 221 scientific and technological progress awards were awarded for "theoretical technological innovation and industrialization of collaborative construction of natural gas flooding and underground gas storage" (including 1 special prize, 38 first prizes, 65 second prizes and 117 third prizes); Zhu Hongjun and other 13 comrades of Southwest Petroleum University were awarded the "Youth Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award"; Four teams including "Innovation Team Award" including "Water Flood Development and Injection Wellbore Control Equipment and Application Innovation Team" were awarded, and honorary certificates and medals were issued.

Among them, the coating and related industries have won a number of awards, reflecting the creative contributions made by the coating industry in the process of technological research, technology development, technological innovation, promotion and application of advanced scientific and technological achievements, promotion of high-tech industrialization, and completion of major scientific and technological projects and plans. First Prize of Technological Invention Award

The "Bio-based polyurethane and its key manufacturing technology" completed by Nanjing University of Technology, China Construction Installation Group Co., Ltd., Zhangjiagang Feihang Technology Co., Ltd., Sankeshu Paint Co., Ltd., Zhangjiagang Gulexi Life and Home Technology Co., Ltd., and Hebei Tieke Yichen New Material Technology Co., Ltd. won the first prize of technical invention.

Second prize for technical invention

The "Innovation and Industrialization of New Structure Multifunctional Fluorosilicone Protective Coating Materials" completed by Zhejiang University, Jiangsu Lanling Polymer Materials Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Feiwhale New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hengyecheng Silicone Co., Ltd., and Nagu New Materials (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. won the second prize of technical invention.

Third prize for technical invention

The "Development and Application of High-performance Protective Coating System for Large (Medium) Aircraft" completed by CNOOC Changzhou Coating Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd., Changzhou Nanjing University High-tech Research Institute, Aviation Industry First Aircraft Design and Research Institute, and CNOOC Changzhou Environmental Protection Coating Co., Ltd. won the third prize of technical invention.

Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress

The "Key Technology and Industrialization of Green Continuous Preparation of Alcohol Ester Film Forming Additives" completed by Runtai New Materials Co., Ltd., Changzhou University and Nanjing University of Technology won the second prize of scientific and technological progress.

The "Formulation and Revision of the Mandatory Standards for the Limit of Harmful Substances in Supporting Coatings for Blue Sky Defense" completed by CNOOC Changzhou Coating Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd., Sankeshu Paint Co., Ltd., Nippon Paint (China) Co., Ltd., Gabrielle Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Donglai Coating Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., China Classification Society and Jiangsu Lanling Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. won the second prize of scientific and technological progress.

Patent Excellence Award

"An antibacterial low surface energy marine antifouling coating composition" completed by Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Feiwhale New Material Technology Co., Ltd. won the 2022 Petroleum and Chemical Industry Patent Excellence Award.

The "co-production process of titanium dioxide, iron red and polyferrous chloride sulfate" completed by Longbai Group Co., Ltd. won the 2022 Petroleum and Chemical Industry Patent Excellence Award.
