ICE Cotton Keeps Up After the USDA's Report
ICE cotton futures market kept up.
Cotton contracts for May closed at 83.59 cents per lb, up 0.75 cents per lb and Jul contract closed at 83.22 cents per lb, up 0.55 cents per lb. According to USDA's April supply and demand report, forecast on 2017/18 U.S. cotton output remains unchanged at 21.03 million bales, and exports are reivsed up to 15 million bales.
Cotlook A Index rose by 0.35cent/lb to 92.40cent/lb.
