China丨Projects with an investment of ¥130 million and an output of 1,320 t/a of biopesticide technicals are located in Shaanxi

The environmental assessment approval document of the relocation and renovation project of biological pesticide production line of Shaanxi Gerida was publicized by Weinan Bureau of Ecological Environment. From the perspective of park planning, industrial policies and its own long-term development, Hengtian Biological has decided to relocate the production line of technicals to complement the development weaknesses and promote the transformation and upgrading of pesticide industry. This time, the production line of methylotrophic Bacillus LW-6 TK will be moved, and the production line of pesticide formulation will be gradually moved in the later stage (phase II). The original site will only retain the production and management of biofertilifier.

Shaanxi Hengtian Biological was founded on April 25, 2006, registered in Dali Economic and Technological Development Zone, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, covering a total area of 149.2 mu, mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of pesticides, organic fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, compound fertilizers and microbial fertilizers.

At present, it has an output of 2330 t/a of SC, EW, DP and other pesticide formulation production lines, an annual output of 300 tons of methylotrophic Bacillus LW-6 TK and microbial fertilizer, compound microbial fertilizer production line, and an annual output of 600 tons of biological nano selenium solution, selenium-enriched microbial agent, selenium-enriched compound microbial fertilizer production line.

In Dec 2021, Hengtian and Xinyuan Huakang cooperated to establish Greda with a registered capital of ¥60 million, and occupied 50.86 mu of new land in the molecular area of Dali Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is planned to invest ¥131,167,900 to build new production lines with annual output of 1320 tons of biopesticide technicals, 480 tons of chemical pesticide technicals and 1,000 tons of biopesticide formulations. The project mainly focuses on the production of biopesticide, relying on the core technology of Shaanxi Hengtian and Xinyuan Huakang, which is a key cultivation project.

The construction mainly includes the construction of fermentation workshop, extraction workshop I, extraction workshop II, formulation workshop, power workshop, storage, liquid tank farm, environmental protection facilities and supporting public facilities to form an alternate production line of pesticides: The annual output is 200 tons of Spinosad, 200 tons of Ningnanmycin, 200 tons of Zhongshengmycin, 300 tons of Kasugamycin, 200 tons of Polyoxin, 20 tons of （+）-cis，trans-Abscisic Acid, 400 tons of Propamocarb hydrochloride, 20 tons of Cymoxanil, Carboxin Standard, Pyraclostrobine, Acetamiprid and 1000 tons of 6% Kasugamycin AS.
