Unilever's detailed performance released: home care has the fastest growth
Unilever (UL.US, UN.US) announced its third-quarter sales data on October 22.
According to data, the company's basic sales in the third quarter increased by 4.4% year-on-year, sales increased by 3.9% year-on-year, and prices increased by 0.5% year-on-year.
Among them, basic sales of beauty and personal care increased by 3.8% year-on-year, sales increased by 3.5% year-on-year, and prices increased by 0.4% year-on-year;
Basic sales of home care increased by 6.7% year-on-year, sales increased by 8.5% year-on-year, and prices dropped by 1.6% year-on-year;
Basic sales of food and snacks increased by 3.7% year-on-year, sales volume increased by 1.8% year-on-year, and prices increased by 1.8% year-on-year;
Basic sales in developed markets increased by 3.1% year-on-year, while in emerging markets increased by 5.3% year-on-year.
In addition, due to the negative impact of exchange rates, turnover fell by 2.4% year-on-year; the quarterly dividend was 0.4104 euros per share.
