Manali Petrochemicals Reports Nearly 30% Increase in Net Profits
Manali Petrochemicals Ltd. (MOL) has reported a 29.81% rise in net profits to Rs. 54.87-crore in FY18, as against Rs. 42.27-crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 10.73% to Rs. 645.33-crore in FY18 (Rs. 582.79-crore). In the quarter ended March 2018 (Q4FY18) net profit rose 294.67% to Rs. 26.64-crore (Rs. 6.75-crore), as sales rose 26.04% to Rs. 189.93-crore (Rs. 150.69-crore). Operational numbers were very strong as operating profit (EBITDA) shot up 40% to Rs. 43.5-crore and margin expanded 390 basis points to 22.9% compared to the previous quarter.
