Jiuyi plans to raise 938 million yuan for Prothioconazole synthesis project

The Listing Review Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange isscheduled to hold the 17th review meeting of the Listing Review Committee in2023 on March 31, 2023, when it will review the IPO of Jiuyi Shares and other companies.

Accordingto the prospectus, the company's main business is the research and development,production and sales of pesticide technicalsand formulations and its leading products are the technicals and formulations of Prothioconazole, Tembotrione, Nicosulfuron and Tribenuron-Methyl. Among them, Prothioconazole is one of the top tenfungicides in the world, and Tembotrione is a new generation ofHPPD inhibitors after maize field. The company plans toraise 938 million yuan for 5,000 t/a of new broad-spectrum fungicide propionatesynthesis project.
