Bayer signed an agreement with SINO-AGRI to drive the development and promotion of mid-range products

On March 24,Bayer and SINO-AGRI signed a cooperation agreement. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the authorization and promotion services of Bayer, so that affordable and high-quality Bayer mid-range products can benefit moresmall and medium-sized farmers, and contribute to the long-term development ofChinese agriculture.

Benefit small and medium-sizedfarmers with low price and high quality.

Previously,in the Opinions on Promoting the Organic Connection between the Development of Small Farmers and modern Agriculture issued by the government, it was proposed to strengthen the socialization service for small farmers and bring smallfarmers into the development track of modern agriculture. This aligns with Bayer's 2030 Sustainable Development Goals: Bayer pledges to support and serve100 million smallholder farmers worldwide by 2030. To meet this challenge,Bayer's high-quality and affordable mid-range product line can well meet theimmediate needs of small and medium-sized farmers. Bayer's mid-range productline not only maintains the same strict and consistent high qualityrequirements as Bayer's innovative products, but also has the advantages ofsustainability and high cost performance, which fully illustrates the valueproposition of "easy to use and inexpensive". On the same day, Bayer Cropscience and cheld a cooperation signing ceremony at the new Bayer office in Beijing. Alfonso Alba, General manager of Bayer Cropscience InChina,and Huang Baiji, Executive Vice general manager of SINO-AGRI,as representatives of both sides, attended the event and signed the cooperation agreement. This year, Bayer will launch the Yishengin China. Ye Yi said that the first member of the Yisheng ® product line, BayerArtis ®, has been launched first. As a cost-effective insecticide for rapidcontrol of wheat aphid, Attis ® has been used in Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui,Henan and other important wheat producing provinces, and is expected to becomean ideal product to replace organophosphorus and pure Pyrethroids. In the future, Bayer's mid-range product line will continue to expand with newmembers. This year, 3 to 4 Yisheng ® series products will be launched. In thefuture 2023 -- 2025, Bayer will continue to improve the solutions inhorticulture, paddly field, corn and other strategic crops in the middle valuemarket.
