Q: When is theexpected production time of your company's technical scientific research base?

A: At present, the company is committed to the main business development. Over the years, the company has been deeply engaged in the pesticide formulationindustry, accumulated rich product experience, and established a good brandcompetitiveness and mature sales network in the pesticide formulation industry,which has a certain guiding role for the company to extend the upstreamindustrial chain. The 3000 t/a green pesticide and intermediate Production Research and Development Base Project which is under construction by the company is expected to be put into production within this year, and the specific production time is subject to the actual implementationprogress of the project.

Q：does thecompany have the layout and technology reserve in aborad?

A:The company's main business is the research anddevelopment, production and sales of pesticide formulation products, includinginsecticides, fungicides and herbicides. Some pesticide formulation products of the company are sold abroad, andoverseas sales revenue accounts for a relatively small proportion, which doesnot have a significant impact on the company. At present, the company mainly focuses on domestic technology researchand development and reserves, and actively carries out overseas technologyreserves. As of December 31, 2022, there are two pesticide certificates and twofertilizer  certificates registered inMyanmar, which are held by Shaanxi Shanggezhilu, a wholly-owned subsidiary ofthe company.

Q: In the early stage, a pesticide certificatewas 200,000 yuan, but now it costs more than 1 million yuan in the early stageof application. Together with other later research and development, it is not asmall investment. In the future, the cost of obtaining the certificate will be higher and it will be more competitive in the market. The certificate will certainly be a scarce asset in the future. How many pesticide certificates does your company have?

A:According to statistics, as ofDecember 31, 2022, the company and subsidiaries held a total of 282 pesticide  certificates.

Q: Is your company Norcsyn a cross-bordere-commerce platform?

A: The main business of Xinjiang  Norcsyn  is after-sales service and scientific application and technology promotion of pesticide formulations and fertilizers. Xinjiang  Norcsyn is not engaged in cross-border e-commerce business and does not belong to cross-bordere-commerce platform.

Q: In recent years, the policy on soy hasbeen increasing. Is it true that on the basis of non-GMO, the product publicityto increase soybean yield and increase oil yield.

A: Norcsyn Technology: The company doesnot sell the product named "Norcsyn Soybean Story". The registeredobject of the company's plant growth regulator product "Baoying (20% N-phenyl-phthalamic acid SL)"includes soybeans, corn, wheat and other crops.
