PPG Receives Gallup Great Place to Work Award
Recently, PPG was honored with the 2023 Gallup Great Place to Work Award. The awards recognize the top performers in employee engagement as measured by Gallup's Employee Engagement Survey and Business Outcomes Standards. PPG received this honor because the company embeds employee engagement into its corporate culture and views it as a corporate strategy that empowers employees to do their best.
In 2022, PPG will strive to communicate closely with employees and make the workplace more diverse and inclusive, including: linking employee behaviors with corporate core values through a leadership model; and focusing on improving leadership through multiple training programs with employees from 25 countries and completed 87 "Colorful Communities" projects; through holding "Listening and Learning" activities, we created a place of peace of mind and encouraged everyone to speak about prejudice, Discrimination and inclusion stories and conversations; expansion of 8 employee resource networks to more than 7,500 members in more than 60 countries; and more.
