Akzonobel announces acquisition of China Resources Paints!
Recently, foreign paint giant Akzonobel announced that it has reached an agreement with Shandwick to acquire its decorative paint business in China, which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2023.
Takeover interest includes Shandwick's China Resources paint brand. In 1991, China Resources Paint was founded in Shunde, the hometown of paint in China. After more than 20 years of hard work, China Resources Paint has become the advocate of high-quality healthy paint in China, especially in the eyes of professionals. The main factory is located in Shunde, Guangdong Province, and has set up nearly 400 offices across the country, with technical service centers in Tianjin, Shunde, Shanghai and Chengdu.
