The newly developed polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene alloy can improve the processability and notch sensitivity of polycarbonate, and has both excellent processing fluidity and high toughness. It is mainly used in auto parts, communications, home appliances, etc. field.

 

The flame retardant level of unmodified polycarbonate is UL94 V2, which can no longer meet the flame retardant requirements of the communications, electronic appliances, and automotive industries, and flame retardant modification is required. With the improvement of national environmental protection standards, the addition of halogen-containing flame retardants in the modification process is gradually restricted. The halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate developed by Tianjin Petrochemical not only does not add halogen, but its flame-retardant level has reached UL94 V0.

 

The glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate, through the addition of glass fiber to improve the strength, rigidity, wear resistance, thermal stability, etc., can be used as high-quality raw materials for electronic and electrical parts, auto parts, power tool housings, sports equipment and other supplies.

 

At the same time, Tianjin Petrochemical is stepping up research and development of polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate alloy. As the automotive lightweight requirements and the electronic and electrical industry have stricter and stricter material grade requirements, the market demand for this alloy will increase. exuberant.
