Luheng: add subjects of project implementation, involving 8,000 tons of pesticide and formulation

On July 10, Luheng announced that with the consent of the Board of directors, it intends to add Guangzhou Nansha Luheng, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the implementation subject of the investment project "Nansha Luheng Breeding Research Institute Base New Project".

The project "Nansha Luheng Breeding Research Institute Base New Project" was originally implemented by Luheng, and the construction site is located 50 meters east of Fenghuang Three Bridge, Zhujiang Street, Nansha District, Guangzhou (Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone). The project is mainly engaged in the breeding, demonstration and promotion of new varieties of vegetable seeds.

In order to further improve the efficiency of the use of the raised funds and speed up the implementation of the raised funds, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Nansha Luheng jointly promote the implementation of the Nansha Luheng Breeding Research Institute project, and there is no disguised change in the use of the raised funds.
