Yangnong: fully promote Huludao pesticide project, which is expected to be put into production at the end of next year

In October, in Huludao Economic Development Zone, the Huludao large-scale fine chemical project site of Sinochem and Yangnong, mechanical roar one after another, welding flowers dancing in the plant, more than 2,000 builders are racing against time to promote the construction progress.

In the No. 4 plant of the project, Yu Jinshan, the person in charge of the installation unit, told reporters that from mid-September, the main plant of the project was topped one after another, and the engineering team began to install indoor equipment, "After the equipment is delivered in place, the installation of equipment, pipelines and Bridges will be carried out." Yu Jinshan said.　

This project is the key project to build a trillion-level petrochemical and fine chemical industry base in our province, and is also one of the pillar projects to build a hundred-level industrial cluster of basic chemical and fine chemical industry in Huludao. The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, of which the total investment of the first phase of the project is 4.213 billion yuan, with an annual output of 15,650 tons of pesticide technicals and 7,000 tons of pesticide intermediates.　

The construction of this project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of "smart factory + Smart HSE". The installation of the steel structure of the 2,500-meter pipe corridor of the public works has been completed, and the installation of the pipe corridor and pipeline will be carried out soon. "These pipelines are the 'blood vessels' of the project and will transport raw materials, water and steam needed for production after the operation of the company." Fan Jinxiang, leader of the project integrated office team, introduced that the pipeline is planned to install 160,000 meters, connecting the various production workshops, and the staff can transport the materials needed for production in place at the operating station, and the waste gas, waste water and solid waste generated in the production will also be discharged through the pipeline.

Since the start of the project in early June, the project has been full of hair, and a modern industrial plant is "jointing growth". We can say that we see new progress and changes every day." Fan Jinxiang introduced that the construction progress of the project is now one month ahead of the original plan, but many outdoor projects can not continue to be constructed after winter, so they are trying their best to seize the time limit, and all the nine main plants will be capped before mid-November. According to the current construction progress, the first phase of the project can be put into operation by the end of next year, and the entire first phase of the project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025.　

It is understood that the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 15 billion yuan, annual tax of 1.5 billion yuan, to solve the employment of more than 800 people, the project as an important pesticide production base in the north of Yangnong and plant protection with advanced productivity manufacturing factory, will undertake the technical achievements of Yangnong and Syngenta, to play a leading role in the transformation and upgrading of China's plant protection industry.
